Holireno Consulting, LLC (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through holirenoconsulting.com and our booking process, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the topic and your message. Bookings: when you book, the scheduling provider collects your name, email, chosen time and payment, and shares your booking details with us. Card details are handled by the payment processor, not by us. Email: the messages you send to us and our replies.

2. How we use it

To reply to you, to deliver and follow up on your session, to take payment and keep financial records, and to meet our legal duties. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling and payment providers, email hosting and website hosting, and only for those purposes. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

4. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our booking provider may set cookies of its own on its booking page, under its own policy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting obligations, usually up to seven years for financial records, then delete them.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to our legal duties. Write to contact@holirenoconsulting.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children

Our services are for business owners and professionals. They are not directed at anyone under 18.
