Where do the sessions take place?

Online, by video call. Your confirmation email contains the meeting link and instructions.

How do I pay?

You pay when you book, on the secure booking page. The total is shown before you confirm. We do not take card details on this website.

Can I get a refund?

Once a session is booked and confirmed by both sides it is not refundable. You can reschedule for free with at least 24 hours notice. If we cancel or cannot deliver, you get a new date or a full refund. Read the full cancellation and refund policy.

What if I want more than one hour?

Many clients book a second session, or ask us to build the plan with them. Contact us for a written quote. Nothing is added to your booking without your agreement.

Do you work with teams and companies?

Yes. We run coaching and consulting for teams. Send us a message with your goals and group size and we will propose a format and a price.

Do you guarantee results?

No consultant honestly can. We give you clear, experienced advice and a plan. The results depend on how you carry it out. See our terms of service.
