Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to every session booked with Holireno Consulting, LLC (“Holireno”, “we”, “us”). It is shown before you pay so you know exactly what to expect.

1. All sales are final once confirmed

Consulting time is reserved for you alone, and cannot be resold. Once a session is booked and confirmed by both sides, it is not refundable. Your booking confirmation email is our confirmation.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a confirmed session for free, once, as long as you do it at least 24 hours before the start time. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email, or write to contact@holirenoconsulting.com.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the start time, and no-shows, are treated as a delivered session. The fee is not refunded and the session is not rebooked, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. If we cancel or cannot deliver

If we need to cancel, or if we cannot deliver the session for any reason on our side, we will offer you a new date. If you prefer, we will refund the full amount you paid, to the original payment method, within 10 business days.

4. Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you were charged twice, or charged an amount that differs from the price shown at booking, tell us within 30 days and we will correct it and refund the difference in full.

5. Services quoted separately

Larger engagements, such as team coaching or implementation work, are covered by a written quote or agreement. The cancellation terms in that document apply to that work.
