These terms govern your use of holirenoconsulting.com and any consulting session you buy from Holireno Consulting, LLC, a limited liability company with company number 6561357, located at 6300 Riverside Plaza Ln. NW, Ste 100, Albuquerque, NM 87120, United States. By booking a session or using this website you accept these terms.

1. Our services

We provide business consulting: the Business Strategy Call (60 minutes, $197) and the Automation Power Hour (60 minutes, $299), delivered online by video. Prices are in US dollars. Larger engagements are covered by a separate written quote.

The Business Strategy Call reviews your business, products and channels to identify your most profitable areas and a plan to focus on them. The Automation Power Hour reviews where your time and resources go, and produces a brief blueprint of an automation roadmap.

2. Booking and payment

You book through our online scheduling provider and pay at the time of booking. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are handled by the scheduling provider and its payment processors. We do not receive or store your card details.

Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email.

3. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

These are set out in our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: confirmed sessions are not refundable, you may reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice, and if we cancel you receive a new date or a full refund.

4. What you agree to do

Attend on time, give us accurate information about your business, and use the video link only for your own session. Let us know in advance if you need us to sign a confidentiality agreement before you share sensitive details.

Do not record the session without the prior consent of everyone taking part.

5. No guarantee of results

Our advice is based on our experience and the information you give us. We do not promise any particular result, such as revenue, profit or time saved. Outcomes depend on many factors, including how and whether you apply the advice.

6. Not professional advice

Our sessions are business consulting only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. Speak to a qualified professional on those subjects before you decide.

7. Confidentiality

We keep the business information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver the session and follow up with you. This does not apply to information that is already public, or that we must disclose by law.

8. Intellectual property

Materials we produce for you, such as notes, plans and blueprints, are licensed to you for use in your own business. We keep ownership of our methods, templates and know-how. You may not resell or republish our materials without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holireno Consulting, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profit or revenue, arising from the services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the session the claim relates to.

10. Website use

This website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Content on this website belongs to Holireno Consulting, LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you book is the one that applies to your booking.
